"Schumann Variation" is inspired by Schumann's Piano Concerto in A-minor, Op. 54: I
There’s a passage near the beginning of the first movement where the piano and orchestra blend together so beautifully and calmly — while still building and evolving at the same time, full of forward motion.
That moment was the inspiration behind my "Schumann Variation".
