"Live" was recorded on October 18th, 2020, at St. Stephanus Church in Wackersdorf, Germany.
The concert was originally scheduled as the final performance of the Wackersdorfer Kulturwochen, a cultural festival that takes place every two years. However, due to the pandemic, the entire festival had to be cancelled. In the end, only one event remained on the program: our concert.

Even then, it could only take place under strict safety regulations — as a livestream, with just 50 people allowed in the church as a live audience. Despite the unusual circumstances, we were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to perform at all during such a challenging time.

Initially, there were no plans to release the concert as a live album. But after the livestream broadcast, I was deeply moved by the atmosphere and the vivid, emotional energy captured in the recording — and so was my label.

That’s why we ultimately decided to make this special moment available digitally as a live album.
